Addressing a programme organised on the occasion of the 297th Prithvi Jayanti and National Unity Day, PM Oli said, “It is sheer stupidity to dream of the return of monarchy.” He further viewed that if King Prithvi Narayan Shah had not led the unification campaign, it would not have been possible to see Nepal in its current form.
