MELAMCHI: Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana, chairman Rastriya Prajatantra Party on Saturday said that the three big parties were responsible and should be held accountable if the statute was not drafted on time. Speaking at the third district conference of the National Democratic Students Organisation in Sindhupalchowk, he accused the Maoists of creating hindrance in the integration of their own combatants. He also stressed the need of consensus and co-work among all parties as the country needed peace.
