KATHMANDU: Minister for Home Affairs Bhim Rawal on Wednesday called on president of Nepali Congress Girija Prasad Koirala and briefed him on the latest security strategies adopted by the government. Rawal is scheduled to address the parliament about the government's security strategies later.
