Kathmandu, June 14:
A group of youths today collected Rs 64.50 as a donation to Dr Tulsi Giri, vice-chairman of the Cabinet, who has reportedly been black-listed by Nepal Bank Limited for not paying a loan he had taken from the bank 20 years ago. Despite police’s bar, around a dozen of youths started collecting the donation at Shanti Batika at Ratna Park as a symbolic gesture against Dr Giri. “We collected the donation so that Dr Giri could pay the bank loan,” said Sandil Paudel, sarcastically.
