SC summons government
Kathmandu, April 3:

A single bench of Justice Khil Raj Regmi issued the order following today’s hearing. The bench was responding to a writ petition filed by Ashok Kumar on behalf of Jindal Steel and Power Limited claiming that the government authorities, including PM’s Office and Cabinet, Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity Development Department awarded license to Sutluj Company to initiate work on the project, without meeting the required criteria.
