Kathmandu: Litterateur Ishwor Ballav said on Thursday that an author is as good as dead if he can’t write freely. Speaking at a programme organised by the Reporters’ Club, he said litterateurs, journalists and columnists have been deprived of their rights to expression due to the changed political context. — HNS
