KATHMANDU: A fire triggered by an electronic short circuit  has damaged valuables worth Rs 400,000 in a machinery shop at Shukra Marg-12 in Teku of the Capital on Tuesday.

The Shraddha Machinery and Traders operated by Devika Shrestha had caught the fire yesterday.

Water pumps, welding machines, pipes among others were destroyed in the fire.
