KATHMANDU: The Metropolitan Police Circle Thankot arrested six persons with a cache of controlled drugs separately from Nagdhunga and Baneshwor on Wednesday. Suresh Giri (21) of Nuwakot and Kushal Bhattarai (19) of Banke were held in possession of 98 bottles of corex (100ml each) which they had concealed in a consignment of tomato and sugar being ferried by a public bus, said DSP Dilli Raj Panta. Similarly, Police arrested Ashish Regmi (22), Umesh Tamang (19), Laxman Khadka (22) and Subas Shrestha (22) of Sarlahi from Nagdhunga and Baneshwor with 125 bottles of corex separately.
