KATHMANDU: A vehicle of an unknown corporation was torched by irate students in front of the Amrit Science Campus, Lainchaur on Friday. Students were protesting against the Tribhuwan University’s decision to scrap the Proficiency Certificate Level from all the campuses affiliated to it.
