KATHMANDU:  A teenager drowned while swimming in a pond in Pharsitol of Karyabinayak-12 in Lalitpur district on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as 12-year-old Dipesh Thing of Malta-8.

Injured Thing had breathed his last on the way to a local hospital.

Meanwhile, police are investigating into the case.
