Kathmandu: Leader of a 20-member Thai delegation, which ended a five-day visit to Nepal on Tuesday, said the delegation found the country safe for Thai outbound tourists and plans to promote Nepal in Thailand. The delegation consisted of 19 tour operators and a journalist.

“We will tell people in Thailand that Nepal is a safe destination,” said Neeracha Wongmasa, a tour leader and managing director of the Global Holiday. She was speaking at a press meet organised by the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) in the capital today. —HNS
