KATHMANDU: Three persons were arrested in possession of 49 gram brown sugar from two locations of the Capital on Tuesday.

At first, Sanjaya Tamang and Madan Mahat were found in possession of 12 gram drug in front of the HAMS Hospital in Buddhanagar, KMC-10.

After the arrest, the duo told police that they received the drug from one Suresh Bohara, a resident of Gongabu.

Police then had nabbed Bohora from Gongabu in possession of 37 gram brown sugar.

Police impounded a motorbike (Ba 50 Pa 322) being used by them.

Further investigation is underway.
