KATHMANDU: A woman, who was critically injured after a tipper hit her at New Baneshwor on Thursday, breathed her last during the course of treatment at the Civil Service Hospital, New Baneshwor.

The identity of the deceased, who appeared to be in her 50s, is yet to be established, police said.

Police said that they have impounded the tipper (Ba 5 Kha 2618) and arrested its driver for investigation.
