KATHMANDU: Police said two property crimes were reported from Kathmandu Valley on Wednesday.

Two unidentified motorcycle borne robbers snatched a 1.5-tola gold chain off Karuna Karki (30) of Budanilakantha Municipality-4 from the same location on Wednesday.

Similarly, an unidentified gang broke into the Jokhi Clock and Radio Centre at the Buspark in Bajrabarahi Municipality of Lalitpur on Wednesday.

The gang decamped with a wrist watch, Rs 20,000 in cash along with other items worth around Rs 343,000.

Police said the searches for the suspects are underway and they are investigating into the cases.
