Kathmandu, August 29:

Property worth Rs 675,000 was stolen from the house of Dipti Bhattarai at Baluwatar in Kathamndu yesterday. Police said a group of unidentified men took away cash worth Rs 175,000 and other valua-bles from Bhattrai’s house. In a separate incident, goods worth Rs 109,750 was stolen from the room of Shyam Kumar Karki at Bhimsengola today. Meanwhile, at Jagadol, Bouddha, locals took under control two masked men before handing them over to the police yesterday night as the two were roaming around on the streets with knives. The two have been identified as Raju Nagarkoti and Santalal Nagarkoti.
