KATHMANDU: An agreement has been reached to recount votes for Kirtipur Municipality-2 after 10 ballot papers were found without bearing signatures of election officers while counting the votes. A discussion held among the representatives of various political parties decided to this effect, following a minor dispute over the matter. Election officer Gajendra Bahadur Singh admitted the fault of election office employees in relation to the recovery of unsigned ballot papers.
