KATHMANDU: A man convicted of vehicular homicide in a 31-year-old case was nabbed from Duwakot of Bhaktapur on Wednesday.

A tractor (Ba A Ta 106) driven by Bhim Prasad Goja (currently 48) from Taulakshe, Bhaktapur Municipality-1 had hit a 13-year-old boy Krishna Gopal Koju in Garud Kundal of the then Bhaktapur Nagar Panchayat-3 on June 13, 1984.

The boy had died on the spot.

The Bhaktapur District Court had slapped him with a two-year jail term and Rs 1,000 fine.

A team deployed from the Central Bureau of Investigation nabbed Goja from Duwakot handed him over to the Court for execution of the sentence.
