KATHMANDU: A woman was injured after a van hit a motorbike she was riding on in Kaushaltar of Bhaktapur district on Monday.

The injured has been identified as pillion rider Anjali Thapa (40) of Thapagaun.

The van (Na 1 Cha 8559) hit the motorbike (Ba 8 Pa 6611) at around 6:15 pm yesterday, police said.

Thapa is being treated at the Gwarko-based B&B Hospital.

Meanwhile, police are searching for the van and its driver.
