BHAKTAPUR: Police have nabbed a woman for possession of 13.5 kilograms of marijuana from her residence at Pipalbot of Changunarayan Municipality-6 in Bhaktapur district.

A joint team of Narcotics Control Bureau and Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur, acted on a tip-off and arrested Purnimaya Tamang who used to trade the contraband from her residence.

Spokesperson at the Metropolitan Police Range, Deputy Superintendent Krishna Prasain informed that Tamang has been taken to Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur for further investigation.
