The Inter Party Women’s Alliance on Wednesday submitted a memorandum to PM Girija Prasad Koirala demanding the allotment of 13 seats for women out of 26 to be nominated by the Council of Ministers. They also took out a rally and handed copies of the memo to other parties including the CPN-UML and the Maoists. — HNS
