Youth CA members plea to govt

KATHMANDU: A group of youth Constituent Assembly (CA) members today drew serious attention of the party leaders to end the stalled process of writing new constitution by forging consensus at the earliest. They, through a joint press statement, urged the leaders of the parties not to be entangled in power game and other stakes. "We, the youth leaders regret for the high-ranking leaders' indifference towards promulgating constitution on stipulated time," the statement signed by the youth members including Khimlal Devkota, Binda Pandey and Gagan Thapa stated. There are two third CA members who have not crossed the age of 50, the statement added.
