KATHMANDU: A youth died falling off a cliff in Phulchoki of Lalitpur district on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Shreeyans Khatri (20) from Bishal Nagar of Kathmandu.

Khatri with his 11 friends had gone to Phulchoki of Godavari for a trip.

Earlier, local police had received a report that some youth lost their way in the area. But, when a joint team of Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur and Police Beat, Godavari launched an investigation, the body was found.

Meanwhile, police arrested four persons in connection to the case.

Further investigation is underway.
