KATHMANDU: Go Automobiles Pvt Ltd, sole authorised distributor of Ford in Nepal, inaugurated Go Ford’s extended sales and service outlet on December 8 at an event held at Chabahil. The outlet was inaugurated by Lakshmi Ram Kumar, Vice President (Sales), Ford India, along with Akash Golchha of Go Automobiles.
While speaking during the inauguration ceremony, Kumar said, “The service accessibility is the most important factor of our product. I am very delighted to say that we have six touch-points in Nepal, this being the third in Kathmandu.” Ensuring customer satisfaction, he added, “We have a great team working including two master technicians who are completely looking after customer service. We are extremely proud to facilitate this service to our customers. We assure that this service centre will give the excellent customer satisfaction.”
According to the press release issued by the company, Go Ford’s new extended sales and service outlet is equipped with 13 bays to give an efficient service to 15-20 cars in a day and 25 employees who have been trained to ensure repairs and services provide efficient services. Besides providing services by Ford-trained mechanics with the help of state-of-the-art technology, the outlet also boasts convenience facilities for the drivers or vehicle owners. They have a separate lounge for drivers and owners where they can rest while their car is in the process of maintenance. It also provides a computer with Wi-Fi access, a television for entertainment and other interesting refreshments only made so that the customers will not be bored or tired of waiting.
