Open throughout the day, the restaurant offers a wide selection of multi- cuisine. The restaurant also delights you with its breakfast and dinner buffet.

After a warm welcome and cheerful chitchat at the restaurant, Executive Chef Yuba Raj Pokhrel suggests Tom Yum soup to start with. It’s a delicate combination of spices with light texture. This soup is exactly what you need to drive your winter blues away.

The special menu covers almost all the cuisines at display. After a bowl of soup we are ready for the main course. Our choice of main course is an Italian dish named ‘Gamberoni Livornese’. Sautéed king prawns with lemon butter sauce, tomatoes, spring onions, garlic, fresh chillies and white wine sauce is what the dish comprises of. The next dish for us is an Indian dish called ‘Mausam ki Sabji’ — seasonal vegetables cooked in spices. It was served with naan, biryani and some raita. ‘Do din ki dal’ is another signature dish of the restaurant. It is cooked over a period of two days to bring out the flavours and the aroma.

After the gallant mains it is now time to try out the desserts. ‘Lento Mandorle’ — steam semolina pudding with ginger honey sauce tickles your taste buds and leaves you with a good aftertaste. It is light and airy and is served with mixed berries.

You can now rejoice in the pleasure of feasting on a variety of cuisines served under one roof.
