A team of 10 young pastry chefs have started a culinary revolution with their focus and dedication to cakes and pastries at The Café, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu.

To make every bite a delight a lot of hard work and long hours are put into these sweet treats.

“We specially recommend the chocolate and berry flavour specialised mud cakes and the fruit cakes,” says Executive Chef Gopi Nanda Kumar. He also says that the team has the expertise to deliver the extravagant demands of their customers. They mould the cakes into exact shapes as per the customers’ requests. “It is always challenging and exciting to prepare the perfect cake as per the guest’s requirement and we ensure that it is something extraordinary with the best quality and service,” says Deepak Shrestha the Pastry Chef.
