Though some chilled yoghurt is one of the most refreshing things to consume on a warm summer day, its use doesn’t end there. Take some yoghurt and mix it with equal parts of besan flour. Mix the two ingredients well to create a paste like consistency. Gently apply this mixture across the areas of your body that are exposed to sunlight, or your entire body if you’ve got some extra time. Let it sit for about 20 minutes. Then make sure you rinse your body well.
