BIRGUNJ: Voting has been proceeding peacefully in the various polling centres of Birgunj Metropolitan City in Parsa district on Monday.

Voters have been queuing since 7:00 am this morning to exercise their franchise despite the muddy polling centres due to the rainfall last night.

The people are filled with excitement to cast their votes in this third phase of polls. Here are some snapshots captured by THT Birgunj reporter Ram Sarraf.
