DHANGADHI: A person died and another was injured after a jeep hit a motorcycle they were riding on at Geta in Dhangadhi on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as biker Hemraj Malla (28) of Dhangadhi Sub- Metropolitan City.

Malla died on the way to a hospital, police said.

The jeep (Se 12 Cha 1229) hit the motorbike (Se 12 Cha 1229) yesterday night.

Police said that pillion rider Tirtha Rawal (28) was injured in the incident.

Rawal has been taken to India for treatment.
