RAJBIRAJ: One died and three others were injured when a motorbike hit a bicycle in Kanchanpur municipality-11 of Saptari district along the East-West highway on Thursday.

The deceased has been identified as Bijal Sada (35) of Portaha-8 of the district.

According to the Area Police Office, Kanchanpur, Sada was cycling on the highway when the motorbike (Ba 54 Pa 6143) hit him this morning.

Debu Sada (20), who was riding pillion on the cycle, was injured in the incident.

Biker Sujan Limbu (20) of Sanischare-3, Jhapa and Sapan Miya who was riding pillion o the motorbike were also injured in the incident, Inspector Gaurav Mahat informed.

The injured are receiving treatment at the Dharmeswa Hospital in Theliya of Saptari.
