DHADING: One died and five others were critically injured when a truck met with an accident at Chisapani, Salyankot-4 of Dhading district on Tuesday night.

According to locals, the incident occurred when the truck (Ba 2 Kha 4045) heading towards Mulpani from Dhandingbesi skidded off the road and fell 200 metres down at around 10 pm yesterday.

Police identified the deceased as Ashok Bishwokarma of Fulkharka-2 and the injured have been identified as Guna Kumari Bishwokarma, Chet Bahadur Bishwokarma, Sima Bishwokarma, Milan Ran and Ram Kaji Rana of the same locality.

The injured are receiving treatment at the District Hospital in Dhadingbesi.
