BHOJPUR: Police on Tuesday arrested two persons with possession of two loaded pistols from Madi Municipality of Sankhuwasabha district.

The suspects have been identified as Keshar Bahadur Dewan (65) and Surendra Dewan (53) of Madi Municipality-2.

Police said that they confiscated a pistol each from the houses of Keshar Bahadur and Surendra.

Acting on a tip-off, a joint police team deployed from the Madiramaweni Police Post and Madi Mulkharka raided their houses and confiscated the pistols.

Police said that they have been kept at the Ramweni Police Post for investigation.
