BHOJPUR: Two people died after being struck by lightning in different places of Bhojpur on Tuesday.

According to the District Police Office, Bhojpur, Dornath Gautam (11) died on the spot after he was struck by thunderbolt at Khadananda Municipality-9 of the district at around 9 pm yesterday.

Police said that his father Tanka Prasad Gautam and elder brother Ram Lal Gautam were injured in the incident.

Both the injured regain their conscious after two hours.

Similarly, Sher Bahadur Thapa (16) of Thidingkha-4 of the district also died after being hit by lightning yesterday night.
