4 held with improvised country-made pistol from Tokha

KATHMANDU: Police said four persons were held in possession of a improvised country-made pistol and live bullet from Gangabu in Tokha Municipality-9 recently.

Metropolitan Crime Division said Subash Lama Yongan (18) of Bhaktapur, Kumar Adhikari (28) of Makwanpur district, Jeevan Shrestha (19) of Ramechhap district and Tika Bahadur Shrestha (22) Sindupalchok district were arrested.

Acting on a tip-off, police nabbed them along with the pistol, live bullet and a motorcycle from their possession, it said in the statement today.

Along with the seized items, the suspects have been sent to the Metropolitan Police Range Kathmandu for investigation on Sunday.
