‘Madhesis should be aware of their rights’
LAHAN: Minister for Education Ram Chandra Kuswaha has said the new constitution should do well for all the countrymen.
While speaking at a felicitation and greetings exchange function of Nepal Kuswaha Welfare Society-Siraha today, he alleged that the CPN-UML, the Unified CPN-Maoist and the Nepali Congress were conspiring to prevent the implementation of the understanding reached between the then government and the Madhes-based parties.
Stressing that the interests of the Madhesis should be guaranteed while writing the new constitution, he said the Madhes-based parties should too work vigorously towards that end.
The minister added that the government was conscious of its responsibility so that no one in the country would be deprived of their rights to education.
