Dhading, August 24 :

Accusing students affiliated to the Nilkantha Campus of the ANNISU-R of capturing a teachers’ room, establishing its office and hampering classes, students of the Dhadingbeshi-based Nilakantha Higher Secondary School vandalised the office and burnt it down today.

Protesting the establishment of the office, teachers of the campus and the school had announced that they would stop teaching. Students also staged a rally and chanted slogans against the ANNISU-R.

The office was vandalised while students affiliated to the ANNISU-R were making preparations to organise a press conference to announce the establishment of the office at 11 am in the morning.

Classes at the school were disrupted following the establishment of the ANNISU-R office.

Schoolteachers accused the students of ANNISU-R of using force while establishing the office.
