RAUTAHAT:

A base camp of the Armed Police Force at Balohiya in Rautahat has been carrying out its works out of tents as it lacks a building. The camp also lacks drinking water and electricity while the police personnel are forced to sleep on the floor.

The camp looks after 11 VDCs including Gangapipara, Bholiya, Matsari, Pachrukhi, Pipararajwada, Gadho, Mithuawa and Bisunpurwa Manpur.

The base camp owns two jeeps but the personnel have to go for patrolling on foot even in the night. The camp was established last year. There are 10 APF base camps in
