Bandh hits life in Dhaulagiri
BAGLUNG: Normal life in Dhaulagiri Zone remained crippled for the second consecutive day on Wednesday due to an indefinite strike called by transport entrepreneurs. The transporters called for an indefinite Dhaulagiri bandh after the talks on the death of two persons in a road mishap at Hemja of Kaski, ended inconclusively. The bandh brought vehicular movement in Baglung, Parbat, Myagdi and Mustang districts to a grinding halt. Hundreds of passengers were stranded due to the strike. Markets, academic institutions and other services were also closed.
