Issuing 15 points of Damauli declaration, a two-day seminar on ‘Local Participation for Corruption Control’ concluded today. National Vigilance Centre organised the interaction with the assistance of Commission for the Abuse of Authority in Damauli.

The seminar has formed six members of a local coordination committee in the coordination of Tanahun CDO Kanshinath Marasini for the control of corruption. Local development officer, chief fund controller, chief of irrigation of division office, chief of the branch office of Nepal Electricity Authority and assistant CDO are the members.

Damauli determination said that the complaints and cases of corruption would be discussed in the monthly meeting of chiefs of government offices.
