BHOJPUR: Police have arrested a cadre of Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav)-led Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) from Bhaisepakha of Bhojpur Municipality-10 on Sunday.

According to the District Police Office, Bhojpur, Biplav-led CPN party district secretary Bam Bahadur Bista of Khawa in Tamke Maiyung Rural Municipality-5, was arrested today.

"Police also seized two Italian-made automatic pistols, bullets, hand grenade, two mobile sets, and SIM card," DPO Chief Nur Bahadur Salami Magar said.

Following an absolute ban on the activities of Biplav-led CPN, key leaders of the party's standing committee and other cadres have been arrested from across the nation of late.
