POKHARA: Police arrested student leaders of Nepal Student Union and students from Naya Shakti Party after they showed black flags to the PM at Amar Singh Chowk and Nadipur-based Province Assembly buildings on Thursday.

As many as 10 student leaders were held when PM Oli had reached there to address the Gandak Province Assembly. Police said the students’ leaders were arrested after they demonstrated in the prohibited zone.

The arrested students were released this evening.
