Itahari, February 17:

Bombs were exploded in two separate places of Sunsari district today. Police said the bomb that was exploded in front of Inaruwa municipal office of Sunsari did no physical damage. The bomb was exploded soon after police broke the lock of municipal office, which was locked by agitating group. District secretary Samrat of Madhes Mukti Tigers has owned up the blast.

Meanwhile, a bomb was exploded in Haninagara bazaar area on Sunday morning. It also did no physical damage.

A report from Mahottari said Sanyukta Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha (SJTMM) cadres detonated three powerful bombs in Mahottari this evening.

SJTMM cadres exploded the bombs at Jaleshwor’s Khaira Chock and Matihani Chock at 8:30 pm and 7:00 pm respectively. District in charge of SJTMM Ananda said there was no damage reported.

In Siraha, cadres of the Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha-Goit triggered serial blasts in Siraha district yesterday night.

Ten bombs were detonated in Golbazaar and adjoining areas. No damages were reported.
