Bogati reiterates Maoists’ demand
KATHMANDU: UCPN-Maoist leader Posta Bahadur Bogati today said addressing their demands was a precondition for the government to pass the budget from the parliament.
Speaking at a programme here, he also expressed his party’s stance of disturbing the parliament until their demands were addressed. “It should be clearly stated in the common sankalpa prastav that the President’s move was unconstitutional and against the civilian supremacy. Otherwise, we won’t accept it,” he said. The Maoist leader also claimed that the next government would be formed under their leadership. “Our central committee has taken the decision that we should lead the next government whatsoever.”
