TANAHUN: Vice-chairman of National Planning Commission, Dr Yubaraj Khatiwada informed that construction of Upper-Seti hydro project would begin right after Tihar. Talking to mediapersons in Damauli, Khatiwada said: “Rs 200 million will be channelised for the project and the site buildings and entry roads would be completed this year. The government was searching for the investors and was committed to complete it.
