Kapilvastu, November 22:

The building of the Pancha Primary School at Baijalpur, which is being constructed under the School Reform Project with the assistance of Japan, has been demolished for five times because it did not meet the construction standards as in the contract.

The construction of 14 primary schools including the Pancha Primary School are now underway at the Kapilvastu district.
