POKHARA: A scooter rider was killed on the spot after a microbus hit the two-wheeler at Amarsingh Chowk in Pokhara on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Jamuna Aryal, 23, of Pokhara. The microbus, which was heading to Lekhnath Municipality from Pokhara, hit the scooter, which was going in the same direction said police.

The microbus has been seized and its driver is in police custody.
