One killed, six hurt as passenger bus rear-ends tanker
KALAIYA: A person died and six others were injured when a passenger bus met with a tanker in a rear-end collision this morning in Adhabhar area of Amalekhgunj VDC- 6 in Bara district.
The passenger bus (Na 4 Kha 8148), heading to Kathmandu from Rajbiraj, ran into the tanker (Na 4 Kha 5112) from behind.
The deceased has been identified as Dipendra Mandal (35) of Mahadev – 2, Saptari.
He died on the spot, according to Inspector Purushottam Khadka of Area Police Office, Simara.
