BIRGUNJ: Two local cloth merchants were seriously injured in separate shooting incidents in Birgunj on Tuesday night.

According to the police, Raju Prasad Gupta was injured in an attack at Maisthan and Manoj Harlalka (Agrawal) was seriously injured in the second incident which occurred in front of Suraj Hotel at Adarshanagar, in Birgunj half an hour after the first one.

The incidents occurred two day after another cloth merchant Binod Kumar Agrawal was shoot dead by an unidentified group in the same town. The injured businessmen have been taken to Kathmandu for further treatment.
