KATHMANDU: CPN-UML has condemned the attack on its CA member Deepak Karki by cadres of UCPN- Maoist on Monday. Maoist cadres pounced upon Karki and vandalised his vehicle at Mai Kotihom in Surunga along the East-West Highway. Karki was returning to Damak from Birtamod. The parliamentary party office of CPN-UML in a press statement has termed the act barbaric.
