DAMAULI: Padam Baniyan of Pokhara Sub-metropolis, who was seriously injured after a car hit his bike in Tanahun on Monday, died in the course of treatment.

The forty-nine-year-old was seriously injured when the car hit his bike at Jamune while he was on his way home from Damauli.

According to police, Baniyan died at Manipal Teaching Hospital, Pokhara. Police have detained the car driver and are investigating the case.
