ITAHARI: Chief Minister of Province 1 Sherdhan Rai inaugurated a new building of Jhumka Jaycees at Ramdhuni Municipality of the district on Thursday.

On the occasion, Chief Minister Rai said he would take lessons from the exemplary principles and democratic practices of the Jaycees, which stressed that governance should be guided by rule and not the ruler.

The Chief Minister said that the positive energy and thought process of youth dedicated to Jaycees are critically important to steer Province-1 ahead in the path of prosperity.
